We have no subfloor. What do you actually inspect?

It does. Detention ponds and the landscaped reserves around them hold water and cover year-round, supporting a resident rodent population close to housing. Properties backing onto them see more activity, and the sensible approach is a sealed building plus a maintained perimeter rather than reactive interior treatments.
Does Botany Town Centre affect the surrounding homes?
